Quick start (2 minutes)

  1. Open Documents Overview and click New to create a document entry.
  2. Give it a clear name.
  3. Add a file in Upload File (or link a Drive file).
  4. Set Category and Format.
  5. If it is important, turn on Starred.

How this template is structured

Recommended workflow

1) Capture

When you receive a new doc, create an entry and attach the file. If you do not have time to file it properly, leave Category empty and keep it in Verification until you review it.
