Quick start (2 minutes)
- Open Documents Overview and click New to create a document entry.
- Give it a clear name.
- Add a file in Upload File (or link a Drive file).
- Set Category and Format.
- If it is important, turn on Starred.
How this template is structured
- Documents Overview: your main database where everything lives.
- Starred: quick access to your most important documents.
- Recent: the newest items you added or edited.
- Verification: items that need a quick check before you file them.
- Categorization: browsing by category.
- Formats: browsing by file type.
- Drive: documents linked to Google Drive.
- Trash: documents you marked as removed.
Recommended workflow
1) Capture
When you receive a new doc, create an entry and attach the file. If you do not have time to file it properly, leave Category empty and keep it in Verification until you review it.
